Vacation time (once again)

Off having food adventures, so I'll check in with lots of fun stories next week. Enjoy lots of great columns and essays from the archives.

Will (hopefully) have a fun adventure from Buffalo (think wings) and Toronto.

There is no right way to finding the balance of food, just your way. My typical breakfast is whole wheat spaghetti with homemade sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and a naturally low-fat Italian cheese sprinkled on top. Works for me.
