I thank God for food stamps. We have been out of work for a year and when we received 240.00 a month in food stamps I just praise God. I can make a meatloaf and potatoes and all 3 of us eat on it for the school week, the following week it will be spaghetti but WITH some ground beef. I thank God for food stamps. There is enough now for me to eat also and I feel better physically. My daughter is so happy she runs in after school and can't wait for supper which used to be noodles with a little sauce. The food stamp program is a Godsend, maybe it has its abusers but what good thing does not have some potential for abuse and or misuse? Some people are overjoyed and can't stop thanking God for the food stamp program, i am one of them, I like to watch my family eat!!!!!!!!

My typical breakfast

There is no right way to finding the balance of food, just your way. My typical breakfast is whole wheat spaghetti with homemade sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and a naturally low-fat Italian cheese sprinkled on top. Works for me.
