Here at BalanceofFood.com, we are committed to giving you sharp analysis, focus, and coverage of food and nutrition issues all around us.
To keep that coverage sharp, insightful, and useful as we can, we are slightly retooling the weekly schedule.
The Tuesday column will remain the major entry of the week. The Tuesday column takes a longer look at a crucial food and nutrition issue of the day.
Fridays will see a new feature: Temptation of the Week. Many people are eating well during the week, but having a more relaxed approach on the weekend. So we are giving them some creative ideas as a reward for doing well. And if this doesn't apply to you, then you can laugh at the temptation.
The podcasts that have been a Friday staple (most weeks) will not completely disappear. The podcasts will come back soon, with a renewed refocus to be more viable to the readers.
And when ABC brings back Jamie Oliver in June, we will run synopses of the Friday episodes on the following Monday and Tuesday. Hey, it's summer.
