I think they eat whatever they see and hear is going to benefit them through the commercials and other programs. People should do proper inquiry on things before accepting them.

Tv commercials blind peoples eyes. They only show what is good on the product.


So true. Commercials only show the good side of its products. I like this post for it opens awareness to everybody

Fed up

God, how refreshing. Society assumes gluten free=carb free. So not the case.

Oh, and its not a weight loss diet. In fact, I implemented this lifestyle to GAIN weight as part of my recovery from celiac disease.

If I hear another celebrity attribute his or her "hot bod" to going gluten free, I swear...

My typical breakfast

    There is no right way to finding the balance of food, just your way. My typical breakfast is whole wheat spaghetti with homemade sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and a naturally low-fat Italian cheese sprinkled on top. Works for me.
