If they retain rights, I bet they put the games on overnight. They may "sublease" the rights to other providers. Here's why: I saw the rating for one of the live games 0.1, and an estimated 32,000 viewers. I wish I had better news/more optimism to share.

This is the dilemma. The NFL Network wants to promote other forms of football (Arena, CFL) on its channel. But the CFL overlaps the NFL season too much for the NFL Network to give it primary coverage. By going from 1 to 2 games a week, the NFL Network wants a larger CFL presence. But without the playoffs, what will be that presence?
