My love for Canada does have limits. Well, pretty much Nickelback and well-done burgers in restaurants. And maybe Celine Dion.
Not bad considering that you can live a carefree life and avoid Nickelback and Celine Dion. Burgers in restaurants … well, that is more of a problem.
You might recall my struggles on this issue in Alberta last summer. This should have been enough to scare me from ever ordering a burger in Canada ever again.
But I kept hearing a phrase that burgers could be cooked through and still be good. I decided to put this to a test, in the spirit of investigative journalism, and then conduct my own test cooking Canadian beef myself.
