Canada Now 2020 is the latest chapter from Telefilm Canada to bring Canadian films to a limited U.S. audience. The New York City event is this weekend and features several films.
The New York City event runs Thursday-Sunday at the IFC Center. The collection of films are Guest of Honour; And the Birds Rained Down; A Brother’s Love; Red Snow; Antigone; Black Conflux; This Is Not A Movie; and One Day in the Life of Noah Piugattuk. All but the latter film will have a director Q&A.
