In all 6 seasons, Schitt's Creek always began on CBC in January. The Pop TV coverage lagged behind: starting in February in Season 1 and mid-March for Season 2. Season 3 and Season 4 started in January with the latter season ending one day behind the CBC run (thanks to the 2018 Winter Olympics).
Season 5 began in the U.S. in mid-January. The show ran on Wednesdays in the first 5 seasons in the United States.
Season 6 was unique in that Pop TV moved the show to the CBC timeslot of Tuesdays at 9 p.m. Eastern and offered a HD feed for the first time.
When Season 4 debuted, the first 3 seasons were on Netflix, the turning point for the U.S. audience to start to be obsessed about the Rose family.
Tonight is the series finale. We thought we would show our love for Schitt's Creek, even before the show aired. Here are the stories we have written over the years.

"I do drink red wine. But I also drink white wine. And I've been known to sample the occasional rosé. And a couple of summers back, I tried a merlot that used to be a chardonnay, which got a bit complicated. I like the wine and not the label."
David Rose (co-creator Dan Levy) explained his pansexuality to Stevie Budd (Emily Hampshire).
