This isn't just you. The Toronto Raptors had about 90 days off before dribbling basketballs once again.
The 2020-2021 NBA preseason will be brief before the scheduled regular season start on December 22.
The Raptors will take advantage of their new geographic home by playing a pair of exhibition games in Charlotte against the Hornets before hosting the Miami Heat in their temporary home at Amalie Arena in Tampa.
You might recall that Toronto played 4 exhibition games in the fall of 2019 in 3 countries (Japan, Canada, United States). Now there is a single trip of fewer than 600 miles. COVID-19 has changed a lot.
Rogers Sportsnet will carry the first 2 exhibition games while TSN has the lone home exhibition game. NBA TV will carry the exhibition opener live and all 3 games on a tape-delayed basis. Check your local listings.
