The loss of Schitt's Creek and the classification of Pretty Hard Cases as a comedy has changed the dynamic for the Canadian television nominations for the 2022 Canadian Screen Awards.
Letterkenny got more acting nominations as a result with Jared Keeso being joined by Lisa Codrington and Kaniehtiio Horn, both up for Best Supporting Actress, Comedy.
Karen Robinson and Amanda Brugel are repeat nominees with different shows, now on Pretty Hard Cases. Peter Keleghan and Jann Arden have drama and comedy nominations.
This is the last run for Kim's Convenience, Private Eyes, Frankie Drake Mysteries, Burden of Truth, and Wynonna Earp.
