We normally run an elaborate presentation of the NHL preseason schedule. Like our future NHL coverage, this will be on a scaled down basis.
Kraft Hockeyville 2024 celebrates the winning community of Elliot Lake, Ontario. The game featuring the Ottawa Senators and Pittsburgh Penguins will be at the Sudbury Community Arena in Sudbury, ON (home of Shoresy) on September 29.
Vancouver hosts a preseason game in Abbotsford, BC with the Calgary Flames on September 25.
The Centre Videotron in Quebec City hosts 2 Los Angeles Kings preseason games: Boston on October 3 and Florida on October 5. We miss the days when the Montréal Canadiens would play a preseason game in Quebec City.
Per the city of Elliott Lake, Ont., the Penguins-Senators preseason game awarded to that city for the Kraft Hockeyville promotion on Sept. 29 will be held in Sudbury, Ont.https://t.co/dzrw6Psn0u

CanadianCrossing.com NHL coverage
The NHL Network in the United States will have live and tape delayed telecasts of NHL preseason games. ESPN+ has live NHL preseason games, subject to local blackouts. Rogers Sportsnet and TSN feeds provide potential Canadian coverage of those games. Knowing the Rogers Sportsnet and TSN games aren't as obvious since the U.S. version of the NHL schedule no longer lists Canadian outlets.
The 2023-24 regular season starts October 8 for some U.S. teams and October 9 for Canadian teams.
